Newer pavement, tighter specs
Most Chandler work is not rescue work. It is maintaining lots that were built to a current layout and need to stay that way: crisp stall lines, accurate fire lane marking, and interior floor marking inside distribution and light manufacturing space. Facility managers here tend to have a specification and a schedule, and they want the work to match a drawing rather than be improvised on site. We are set up for that — we work from your site plan, mark out before painting, and give you the measured layout back so it goes in your maintenance file. Newly paved lots need a cure window before striping; we will confirm the timing with your paving contractor rather than guessing at it.
