Lots with a board attached
A large share of Gilbert work runs through an HOA board or a property management company, which means the job is as much about documentation as it is about paint. We quote in a format you can put in front of a board: stall counts, what the ADA standard requires versus what is currently painted, the layout drawing, and a firm number. For communities, we schedule around resident parking rather than closing the lot — usually one section at a time, so nobody comes home to nowhere to park. Retail centers get the same treatment overnight so tenants never lose a trading day.
What we do here
- Restriping and new layouts
- ADA accessible stalls, aisles and signage
- Fire lane marking and red curb
- Arrows, crosswalks, stencils and numbering
- Wheel stops, bollards and speed bumps
- Warehouse and interior floor marking
