The lot is the first impression
For a medical office or a hotel, the parking lot is the first thing a patient or guest sees, and faded or crooked lines read as neglect before anyone reaches the door. That raises the bar on execution: straight lines, consistent stall widths, sharp stencil edges, and no overspray on the curbs. Medical offices carry a second requirement most retail does not — accessible stall counts and access aisle placement get scrutinized more closely, and patient drop-off routes need to actually connect to an accessible entrance. We measure that as part of the walkthrough rather than treating it as an afterthought.
