Parking lot striping in Mesa

Mesa has a lot of older commercial pavement — strip centers, churches and light industrial around Falcon Field that were laid out decades ago and never re-measured against the current standard.

Older layouts, current requirements

The most common thing we find on a Mesa lot is a stall count that made sense when the center was built and does not meet the requirement today. Access aisles narrower than sixty inches are routine on pre-1990 layouts, because the aisle requirement was different when they were painted. That is not something restriping alone always fixes: if the accessible stalls sit on a slope over the 1:48 limit, the surface has to be corrected first, and we will tell you that before you spend money on paint. Mesa also has one of the largest Spanish-speaking business communities in the metro, and we handle the whole job — quote, questions, walkthrough — in Spanish when that is easier for you.
