High turnover wears lines faster
Traffic volume is what kills paint in Tempe, not just sun. A stall in a student housing lot sees several times the vehicle movements of a suburban office space, and tire scrub takes the line down at the entry points and drive aisles first while the perimeter still looks fine. That uneven wear is why a whole-lot repaint is often not what you need — we will tell you when a partial makes more sense. Apartment communities also tend to need numbering and reserved-stall marking maintained separately from the base layout, and we handle both in one visit.
